As a Sourcing Manager I, you'll be responsible for procurement and strategy design of designated non-retail categories, including supply chain management, capital, expense, revenue, fixtures, and equipment.

Management:
- Serves as subject matter expert for complex categories
- Researches / incorporates market trends, best buying practices, cost structures, pricing, and growth and development of assigned categories
- Manages cost negotiation activities with vendors / suppliers
- Guides new projects as assigned
- Recommends innovative ways to improve purchasing functions
- Independently learns / manages all buying and business activities related to assigned categories
- Collaborates with internal / external stakeholders related to assigned categories
- Resolves escalations; reports issues to higher level, as needed

What is your background?
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field, or comparable experience
- 4+ years of relevant experience
- Experience in budgeting and expense tracking / controls, and ROI
