-an industrial engineering degree
-experience in AutoCAD and time study software tools
-analytical / project management skills

What is the work?
Engineering:
-Demonstrates / applies a general understanding of engineering concepts as they relate to MW&T
-Works under management supervision to complete assigned projects that will include but are not limited to:
-Incentive plans and labor standards
-Material handling equipment
-Facility layouts
-Process and technology improvement
-Executes projects that entail coordination with H-E-B Engineering, Operations, and outside companies
-Effectively communicates and works with all management levels, hourly Partners, outside companies, and potential clients

What is your background?
-Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or related field
-0+ years of industrial engineering experience
-Mainframe experience
-PC software experience with MS Office Suite
-Experience in AutoCAD and time study software tools
-Warehouse management system experience
